For admission to M.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE-Semiconductor Technology) IIIT Kota cutoff 2025 for the general category candidates ranged from 370 to 366 in the first and last rounds. For the OBC category, the cutoff score ranged between 330 to 320. IIIT Kota M.Tech cutoff 2025 has been released for various specialisations based on the GATE cutoff score 2025. The last round cutoff score for admission to MTech in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science was 418 for candidates belonging to the General AI category. For students aiming for admission to the same, they should strive to attain a score of 418 or higher to qualify for M.Tech in AI and DS. The JEE Main 2025 cutoff was released for IIIT Kota for the BTech course across different categories of students belonging to the AI quotas. In the last round, the cutoff rank for the most competitive BTech specialisation, i.e. B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering was 33434 in the General AI category.
For the OBC category students, the IIIT Kota BTech cutoff 2025 fell between 44688 and 64226, with B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering emerging as the most difficult for securing a seat in the AI quota.
