Candidates applying for IIIT Kota B.Tech programme should score a minimum of 75% marks in Class 12 to be eligible for admission. Aspirants also have to clear the JEE Main cutoff and participate in JOSAA counselling.

No, IIIT Kota does not offer direct admission. The college admits students based on their in entrance exams. Students wishing to take admission in BTech, M.Tech or PhD programmes at IIIT Kota have to clear the cutoff of respective entrance exam.

IIIT Kota BTech cutoff 2025 was released for admission to various All India categories. For the BTech CSE branch, admissions were closed at a rank of 33434. In 2024 and 2023, the last round rank for the same course was 33419 and 27979, respectively.
