IIIT Manipur - Indian Institute of Information Technology Admission Process

IIIT Manipur provides various programmes and specialisations to students. These courses are available in different streams. For obtaining IIIT Manipur admission, candidates are selected on the basis of entrance tests. The IIIT Manipur fee is divided into several components, some of which are paid in one lump sum and others semester by semester. BTech course fee at IIIT Manipur is INR 8.8 lakh and PhD course fee is INR 50,200. Students should note that the fee is taken from the official sources/sanctioning body and is subject to change. 

IIIT Manipur BTech eligibility requires the candidates to pass Class 12 from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and a minimum of 75% aggregate. Additionally, students must appear for the JEE Main exam and secure above the IIIT Manipur cut-off. Seats to the course are alloted through JoSAA counselling. The institute fills in the leftover seats through CSAB counselling.

No, there is no provision for direct admission to IIIT Manipur. Candidates have to go through the admission process predefined by the institute.  IIIT Manipur offers BTech and PhD programmes, admissions to which are based on performance of the candidate in the entrance exam accepted.
