Admission in DTU, NSUT or IIT Delhi for B.Tech Course can't be get through CUET as they don't allow to do so. To get admission there you should cleared JEE Mains examination with good Percentile, then you will be applicable.

Can I get in NIT Surathkal with state quota having 90.85 percentile in JEE Mains 2022 through JoSAA?
NITs and IIITs are difficult to get on this percentile if belongs to general. However chances for GFTIs can be developed.
