IIIT Sri City offers only BTech, MTech, PhD, and MS courses. The total tuition fees for these courses range from INR 18 K to INR 14 Lakhs. Apart from the tuition fee, the candidate may also need to pay some additional charges like hostel fee, application fee, admission fee, etc. To check for the detailed fee, the candidates are advised to visit: IIIT Sri City Fees 2025: Admission, Hostel & all Courses Fee Structure.

Note: Hostel and Mess Fee is applicable only when candiate is using IIIT Sri City facilities.
Hostel Charges includes Rent, Electricity and Maintenance charges.
