According to the Round 1 of IIIT Sri City JEE Main cutoff 2026, EWS AI quota students need to attain a rank of at least 3459 to be qualified for admission to the BTech CSE course.
The IIIT Sri City cutoff 2026 was released only for the first round for various All India categories. Candidates with a rank above 3459 can wait until the next round's cutoff gets released to see if the ranks go higher.

Yes, though the application fee for IIIT Sri City admissions has not been clearly mentioned students must pay an application or registration fee for the required exams such as JEE Main or GATE.
Students can pay this fee online through Net Banking at the respective portal. Candidates who receive admissions must also pay admission and other one-time fees upon confirming their seats.

Interested students can apply for IIIT Sri City BTech admissions by going through the application process as shown here:
- Register for the JEE Main examination through the exam portal.
- Appear for the JEE Main then the JEE Advanced examinations.
- Take part in the JoSAA counselling.
- Visit the college which has been allotted to the student and pay IIIT Sri City fees.

The documents shown here are required for IIIT Sri City admissions:
- Entrance Exam score card (JEE Main, GATE, etc.).
- Passing certificate of the qualifying exam (either Class 12 and 10 or bachelor's/ master's degree as the case may be).
- Statement of marks at the qualifying examination and migration certificate (only for candidates passing Bachelor's/ Master's degree from other universities).
- Government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar card, passport, etc.)
- Passport-size photograph of candidate
- Category Certificate (if required)
Students must also pay application fees and complete the course requirements.

Yes, it is worth to pursue IIIT Sri City for BTech. The institute offers BTech specialisation such as Computer Science Engineering (CSE) and Electronics Communications Engineering (ECE). The institute appoints well-trained and expert faculty members with years of experience on the related field.

IIIT Sri City JEE Main cutoff 2026 has been released for the first round for admission to the BTech course and its various specialisations.
For the OBC AI category, the round 1 cutoff ranged from 8390 to 10320. Hence, candidates need to attain a rank of at least 10320 to be qualified for admission. Among all the courses, the most difficult for admission was BTech CSE with the closing rank of 8390. See the table below to know the course-wise cutoff for this category.

IIIT Sri City BTech cutoff 2025 was released for various categories under the All India quota. For the General AI category, admissions for BTech CSE were closed at a rank of 29046. On the other hand, for the OBC AI category, the last round closing rank was 40944 for the same branch. Comparing both the ranks, we can see that the competition for the General AI quota was higher.

The course fees for the BTech and M.Tech programmes at Institute of Information Technology Sri City consists largely of tuition fees being:
- Around INR 1.65 Lakhs per semester for the 4-year BTech programme.
- While the M.Tech tuition fees are around INR 1.25 Lakhs per semester for the 2-year programme.
Students may also have other extra charges such as examination fees, security deposit, etc.

To study BTech at Indian Institute of Information Technology Sri City students must complete the required eligibility of passing Class 10 and 12 with a minimum score of 75% (while it is 65% for SC/ST/PwD candidates). Students must also go through the selection process which depends on entrance exam scores such as JEE Mains.
