IIT Sricity 2025 cutoff has been released for admission to various BTech specialisations on the basis of JEE Main scores. The cutoff was released category-wise for candidates belonging to the All India quota. Among the candidates belonging to the All India quota, the round 1 cutoff ranks varied between 24016 and 29056.
In the table below, students can find the round 1 IIIT Sricity JEE Main cutoff 2025 released in respect to the General AI category candidates:

If you're choosing between IIIT Bhopal, IIIT Sri City, and IIIT Guwahati for B.Tech in CSE, go for IIIT Guwahati first—it's more established and has better placements. IIIT Sri City comes next with good industry exposure due to its location. IIIT Bhopal is newer, so choose it if others aren't available.

Yes, admissions are open at IIIT Sri City. The last date to apply for these programs was in June. Admissions for the BTech programme are also ongoing through JoSAA/CSAB counselling. For MTech, candidates have to appear for GATE or for Non-GATE candidates, the selection is based on either merit or an entrance exam conducted by IIIT Sri City.

The Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Sri City accepted various national-level entrance exams. These exams include JEE main, JoSAA, GATE, UGC NET, and others. Candidates who clear the entrance exam need to proceed with the counselling process. Further, the remaining seats are filled with JoSAA Counselling for the final admission.

IIIT Sri City has affordable fee structure. The fee strcuture of the programme ranges between INR 5 lakh- INR 18.2 lakh. The fee strcuture includes various components, such as caution deposit, exam fee, tuition fee, etc. Students must note that this fee information is sourced from the official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to changes.

IIIT Sri City application window is open. To apply at IIIT Sri City candidates must follow the below-mentioned process:
- Pay the application fee via SBI Collect official website, download and save the payment receipt
- Visit the official website of IIIT Sri City
- Click on the Admissions tab
- Select the programme you want to apply for
- Click on the "Apply online" link
- Fill in the required details and upload relevant documents along with the application fee receipt
- Click on Submit
