Hi, If you are applying for full-time residential executive PGPM programs across different Iims then you must have 3 or more than 3 years of experience with a CAT/GMAT/GRE qualified scorecard. The scorecard and experience criteria do vary from one institute to another institute. Do check their official site for more details. It's good that you have started preparing for the CAT exam. In any case, a regular MBA is far better than any kind of Weekend Executive programme. Considering your 3 years of work Experience, it would be better if you pursue a 2-year regular MBA programme. Anyways MBA is like once in a lifetime opportunity. So give your best shot & enter into your dream institute, IIMB. Best Wishes.

Dear Aniket
Data suggests that to have a fairly good chance of getting an IIM K shortlist (subject to CAT scores), a candidate must have at least 80+% in both 10th and 12th, and a 90+% score in standard. 10th improves your chances of a shortlist. Thank You!
