Candidates are required to have a Bachelor's degree with a 50% (minimum) or an equivalent CGPA (45% for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD category). Candidates are expected to have appeared CAT with a minimum score percentile for the consideration of admission.

It's good that you have started preparing for the CAT exam. In any case, a regular MBA is far better than any kind of Weekend Executive programme. Considering your 3 years of work Experience, it would be better if you pursue a 2-year regular MBA programme. Anyways MBA is like once in a lifetime opportunity. Yes only if you got a call from Iims. If you wanna get into the top 3 Iims then it's only possible with 99+%ile.

Data suggests that to have a fairly good chance of getting an IIM K shortlist (subject to CAT scores), a candidate must have at least 80+% in both 10th and 12th, and a 90+% score in standard. 10th improves your chances of a shortlist. Thank You!
