Is maths a must in class 12th to be eligible for integrated course? My son has taken commerce group and they do not have maths in 12th.

Hi,
Mathematics is not a must for admissions in IPM. The current batches IPM host a large chunk of students from Commerce background. However, I feel there are courses in each term which require a decent grip over mathematics, Thus mathematics isn't a must, but it is a necessity to perform well in IPM.

Can a student with commerce stream with physical education subject apply for IIM, Indore?

Yes, of course. Many commerce students in IPM took physical education at 10+2 level (class 12th) as electives. The IPM committee has lifted the restriction for Subjects and stream in class 12th so the criteria for admission remains just in your percentage scores in board exams.

Does IIM Indore provide NBFA to a student who doesn't have residential proof?

Hi, IIM-Indore provides Need-Based Financial Assistance to the students of IPM and PGP (Post Graduate Programme in Management). The families with Gross Annual Income less than Rs. 9,00,000 during the relevant financial year are eligible to apply for NBFA. However, there are several slabs based on family income. In its application form, you need to state and list the value of all fixed assets you hold, including the agricultural land, residential and the expected annual income. However, if you still need further assistance you can refer to FAQ and application form on the Official website of IIM Indore under IPM tab.

See after doing IPM you mainly find your work in the production department and you will be appointed as Production manager, in that you have to increase the productivity in the given time with less wastage. In this field you can easily grab a job starting from 50k per month from any of the company.

Well, if you've heard for reliable sources like The Hindu or the Economic Times it is true. The salary at the top 3 IIMs are very high.
Before I mention the salaries, let me start by saying that there are two types of placements:
The Summer Placements: These are internships and salary may range from a few lakhs to even 10,000 per month and is for a period of two to three months. This internship may turn into a full time job based on your performance.
Final Placements: The type of job you get depends on your two years you spent at IIM, your grades, your extra-curriculars and internship. Your final placement salary may range from One Crore
