IIM, Indore is a management college and doesn't provide a B.Com course. Please look for other colleges for B.Com. All the best.

No, there isn't any scholarship at the time you give the IPMAT.

No, there is no compulsory paper related to class 12th in IPM. However, the concepts will for sure be used in some analytical subjects.

Yes, there are still chances to get into IIMI with these scores. If you perform exceptionally well in CAT/IPMAT and the GDPI round. Prepare well. All the best.

Firstly relax. The interviewers also understand that it's difficult to remember everything from your UG. The only thing they want to know is that do you understand the concepts that are being taught to you, or are you passionate about the work/study you do. So, just brush up your concepts a little. Go through the basic content once. Further, if you are asked about any subject knowledge, then you can put the ball in your court by telling about your favorite subject. So, best you can do is prepare all subjects in basic, and one to the core. All the best.
