The design task/interview for admission to the M. Des. in Department of Design, IIT Delhi is being held.

  • As part of the design task/interview, the candidate is required to upload their digital portfolio. The portfolio must include the candidate's five best projects (maximum size: 10 MB).
  • The filename of the PDF must be your IIT Delhi application number. The candidate may carry their physical portfolio on the day of the interview as well, but it is not mandatory.

The JEE Advanced Counselling 2024 concluded after Round 5 of the Seat Allotment results for General, OBC, SC, ST, EWS, and PWD categories. IIT Delhi Cutoff 2024 was concluded for BTech courses based on JEE Advanced scores (ranks). The closing cutoff for various BTech courses ranged between 116 and 6102, for the General AI Category candidates. The highest in-demand course was BTech in CSE. The least competitive course among the General AI candidates was BTech in Textile Technology. Candidates can find the closing cutoff ranks for various BTech courses in the table below:

IIT Delhi JAM Cutoff 2024 was different in terms of the opening and Closing ranks. In 2024, the last-round closing cutoff ranks for different MSc courses among the General AI categories closed at a range of 32 and 541. Whereas, in 2023, the Cutoff ranks for different courses closed at a range of 11 and 164, during it's last round. From the last two years, it has secured #2 spot. Moreover, IIT Delhi is the best among the NIRF-ranked colleges in Delhi. For admission to this top Engineering institute, aspirants need to secure a good score in JEE Advanced. The seat allotment is done through JoSAA counselling.

The seat allotment procedure at IIT Delhi for BTech programmes is carried out through JoSAA counselling. Candidates who meet the JEE advanced cutoff become eligible for participation in the counselling. For the same, aspirants need to visit the official website of the counselling body to register. During counselling, the documents are verified and seats are allotted as per the cutoff and category of the candidate. Further, students can report at the institute and pay the admission fee for seat confirmation.
