Yes, students can get admission in IIT Mandi with a rank of 10000 in JEE Advanced. But at this rank, admission to the top specialisations, such as CSE would not be possible. If the seat allotment is done in JoSAA counselling for BTech in IIT Mandi, then the fee is not refunded whether the candidate joins the course or not. It is refundable in cases where student joins the course after paying remaining fee and leaves on or before registration date and applies for a fee refund.
