Yes, you can start preparing for the second session of JEE after your board exams in mid-March. However, keep in mind that the JEE exam is highly competitive and requires consistent and focused preparation. So, it is recommended that you start preparing as early as possible and make a study schedule that allows you to cover all the topics and concepts that are tested in the exam. Fiitjee- Kalu Sarai and Punjabi Bagh centres which are in Delhi are really best for IIT
rest it depends on your location, you might find a good institute nearby your locality.
