As per our latest information, IIT Roorkee does not offer the MCA program any longer. MCA program was discontinued few years ago.
However you can consider IIT Roorkee if you want to go for Master's degree in Computer Science.
For MCA you can explore other universities in India or abroad.

IIT Roorkee MDes cutoff 2024 is based on CEED scores 2024 followed by the round-wise CEED Counselling. IIT Roorkee CEED cutoff 2024 is out for Part A. The mean and standard deviation for CEED 2024 Part A are 41.90 and 16.72, respectively. Refer to the table given below to check out the CEED Part A cutoff 2024 for IIT Roorkee.

IIT Roorkee accepts UCEED exam scores for admission to BDes courses at IIT Roorkee. The cutoff for BDes is released category-wise throughout different rounds. The last-round closing rank for BDes at IIT Roorkee, for the General AI category candidates was closed at 110. For the OBC AI candidates, the last-round closing rank for BDes admission was closed at 65.

Since, to which category the student belong to is not mentioned, it is assumed that the student belongs to the General AI category. Yes, IIT Roorkee accepts IIT JAM scores for admission to MSc courses offered. Considering IIT Roorkee JAM 2024 Cutoff, the courses offered were MSc in Physics, MSc in Chemistry, MSc in Applied Geology, MSc in Mathematics and Economics. For the General All India category candidates, the last round Cutoff ranks ranged between 52 and 232.

In case students' rank is not good enough for IIT Roorkee admission to the BTech course, they can consider other IITs with lenient cutoff ranks for admission. For the General AI quota, the JEE Advanced last round cutoff ranks varied between 592 and 8159 for BTech admission at IIT Roorkee. For other IITs, the cutoff range is given below:
