Hello Partha Biswas,
Ranking in preparatory course has no relevance in getting admission in IIT. You need to appear for JEE Advanced and obtain ranking. Assuming you have done so, I am attaching a link that will predict the branch and the IIT that you can get based on your performance in this exam.

NIT upper branch would be equally good to IITs. It depends on your interest and specializations which relevant for future. NIT is also a brand as IIT. If you see the NIRF engineering rank some NITs are above IITs.
