Yes, there are many scholarship schemes if you achieve a very good merit rank in JEE Advanced. Also, you can apply for SAT.

In my opinion you should go for IITs as there are many advantages of the IIT tag. CSE in DTU is a good option but you don't get much exposure of different skills you learn in college. IITs have a great exposure to all of these.

You can go for MnC at IIT Patna but I would say you should aim for top IITs with Electrical or ECE.

You can get IIT Delhi Energy engineering. Also in IIT Kanpur you can get Aerospace and in IIT BHU you can get Civil engineering. Many IITs are open at this rank. Best of luck.

For your JEE Mains percentile it is difficult for you to qualify in JEE Mains. So, it is not possible to get seat in any of the NITs for your JEE Mains percentile. You can try for Private Engineering Colleges or management quota seats.

Students who have completed their 10+2 from recognised open board are eligible for JEE, BITSAT etc. Engineering Entrance Examinations.
