First decide whether you want to take coaching or will do self preparation. If you go for coaching then they will tell you everything. But if you want to do self preparation the take help of Youtube.

How many hours should an Olympic aspirant practice? How many hours should an IAS aspirant study? I hope you got the answer. No In IIST there is no seperate JEE exam. For admission IIT JEE entrance examination marks would be considered.
