Every year, the maximum GATE 2022 cutoff for admission in NIT goes up to 800-850, the minimum cutoff stands at 350-400. There a score range of 500 to 600 can be considered as a good performance in the GATE exam. You can the list of NITs in which you can get admission for a GATE score of 500 to 600.

Hello! Amalendu Samanta, foreign nationals desiring to join undergraduate or other courses of IIT are exempted from appearing in JEE Mains examination. But they need to appear for JEE Advanced. One can see details of procedure on the webpage of any IIT. Best wishes to you.

It depends on people to people, but according to me B.Tech is far good than BCA as you will get more opportunities than in BCA.
