Not really, but I would suggest you to keep your maths strong and basics of class 10th clear.

The questions of CBSE and IIT are bit different. If you think that you can manage coaching and school smartly and you can score better, then you should go for coaching. Also it would be better if you could manage studying for IIT JEE exams.
