No, IIT doesn't have any specific automobile engineering branch. It is a small part of mechanical engineering. If you want to work as an automobile engineer then you can take mechanical engineering in IITs and from there you can get into automobile companies.

Hi,
The salary range varies depending on lot of factors. It is specific to an individual's ability, as well as the course he has opted for and also the company in question. For example tier 1, tier 2 and tier 3 companies offer different range of salaries and that too, depends on role and responsibility.

No, you cannot apply for M.Sc physics in IIT. Because, to apply for M.Sc, Physics is that you have to pass B.Sc in Physics.
