Yes, definitely. IITs are better than BHU and NITs without any doubt specially if you are doing MBA from IIT-Mumbai, Delhi and Madras. These are better in studies, learning, placement and all the other activities.

You are aiming for IIT, then you must have to do hard work. Focus on your goal, concentrate on what you learn on daily basis. Practice as much as you can, revise content on regular intervals. Because a year hard work can let you to a bright future. Hopefully, you achieve it.
Best of luck.

https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/jee-mains-college-predictor? You predict your rank here, but your chances of getting admission in the NIT or IIT is very less. Start preparing for the 2nd round.

Now, your JEE score will reflect more for admission in any college instead of your class 12th percentage. But you can go for aerospace engineering, there might be some chances.

By giving NDA, you are qualified for IMA, INA and Indian Academy of Air Force. After passing from NDA, you get direct Lieutenant rank or Captain rank in the given regiment. By giving IIT JEE Mains or advanced, you get to become a reputed engineer. Choice is yours. I'll go for NDA as a soldier lives by chance, loves by choice and kills by profession.

No, I don't think it is possible anyway to get into IITs without scoring good marks in GATE. If you really score good marks and your rank is quite good then you can expect decent and lucrative jobs in any of the PSUs. But, you will have to score literally good.

You must have rank under 100-150 in your category(ST). Score stats are different every year since the paper pattern is not fixed. But you should have scored atleast 45-50% marks for that.
