You can take admission in any coaching class for JEE preparation and start preparing yourself with the aim to be an IITian. You can start from 11th itself. But your mindset would be like that only.

Hello Abhijeet, Cutoffs in IIT or NIT are indeed dynamic. It all depends on the toughness if the question paper set for JEE Mains / JEE Advanced. It also depends on the perception of students about a particular branch. In some years mechanical branch is at top while in some other, electrical branch is at top. I will say that you should aim for scoring 70 percentile and above if you want to get confirmed admission in mechanical branch. Best wishes.

IIT's require GATE score for M.Tech in India, GRE is applicable to foreign countries. Your GRE score is good and have a good work experience, better choose for MS in a road that will help you to grow very soon. All the best.
