If you are going for UCEED 2025, then I found these colleges for you as they are government colleges by preference. Delhi Technological University (DTU) provides a B.Des through UCEED scores with a rank below 500-600 with a solid design and tech focus and is based on a minimal government approach.

National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad, takes UCEED for the UG programs it offers and requires a rank below 200-they are great in terms of creative excellence. University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun: This is semi-govt and has a B.Des programme that is considered UCEED-fresh for admission-with a rank under 1000 required for consideration. All of these generally require a 10+2 with 50% marks. 

To be eligible for admission into NITs (National Institutes of Technology) or IITs (Indian Institutes of Technology) after completing your 12th class in Telangana, you need to focus on two main criterias:

your marks in the board examination and your performance in the JEE (Joint Entrance Examination).

1. Board Examination Marks:

• Generally, for NITs, you should aim for at least 75% in your 12th board exams (or be in the top 20 percentile of your respective board).
• For IITs, you need to score a minimum of 75% in your board examinations as well.

2. JEE Main and Advanced:

• JEE Main is the exam for admission to NITs and some other colleges. You should prepare thoroughly to score well, as the cutoff varies each year based on factors like the difficulty of the exam and the number of candidates.
• For IITs, you must qualify for the JEE Advanced after clearing JEE Main. Admission into IITs is highly competitive, and a good rank in JEE Advanced is crucial.

Summary:

• Aim for a minimum of 75% in your 12th board exams.
• Prepare rigorously for JEE Main and JEE Advanced to secure a good rank.

Additional Tips:

• Focus on core subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

If the candidates preparing for IIT Hyderabad get around 10000 rank in JEE Advanced but not getting selection for the CSE course, however, for the same rank, they are getting top NITs for the CSE course, then they should opt for top NITs.

Other than that, apart from CSE, candidates at this rank can also go for other courses under top NITs mentioned below, Go for these following NITs and branches :-

They are way better options than going for Tier 2 NITs CSE because of exposure, college culture, alumni network, soft skills, personality-development, etc. Also their NIT tag will be more valuable than Tier 2 or lower NITs.
