All IITs are good.
Also, NIT Tiruchirappalli is the best and the oldest among other NITs with excellent placements and infrastructure.

Hello, hope you are doing well.
No, you are not allowed to get admission in any IITs until and unless you have secured 75% in 12th examination. You need to clear the back exam and then score 75% in 12th, then only you will be eligible.
I would suggest you to with JEE Mains rank and get the best college including NITs and government colleges.

Admission to IITs is either through JEE Advance for a B.Tech course or through the GATE exam for a course in M.Tech. IIT JAM can be attempted by candidates who wish to secure an M.Sc. Course. Regards.

You can get any IIT college but it all depends on the branch you want. If you want CSE, then you can get IIT Tirupati, IIT Palakkad, IIT Goa, IIT Dharwad, IIT Bhilai, IIT Jammu, etc. So, it all depends on which branch you want. All IIT colleges are good and better than many other colleges.

You can get ECE in only two IITs, one is IIT Bhubaneswar and second is IIT Dhanbad. You can opt to take other branch in top IIT and then, go for branch change but keep one thing in mind that every IIT don't provide branch change facility.
