With a rank 18358 in JEE advanced getting a seat in the older IITs can be tough but you could have a possibility in newer IITs or specific branches with low cutoff trends like metallurgy, mining, or environmental engineering. You can also consider IIT preparatory courses or consider IISER IIST and RGIPT as options.
