You will have to appear for JEE Mains. If you get top 2 lakhs rank in it, you will be eligible for JEE Advanced. Then, based on the advanced rank, you will get your trade and respective college.

To have a Ph.D degree from abroad universities do not have a stamp or surety to get a job in IIT or any other established Indian University. It totally depend on knowledge, skills, foundation, research papers and project work with positive attitude, commitment and dedication. Yes, many IIT's have part time programs for students to do their MS.

There will not be any problem. Only the problem that may occur is that some top good companies at the time of their recruitment may not hire drop students.

PEC University, Chandigarh and IIST are the best engineering institutes for B.Tech in aeronautical engineering after IITs. Admission in both the institutes is based on JEE Mains.

JEE consists of two parts, JEE Mains and JEE Advanced. JEE-Advanced is for admission to IITs, while the JEE-Mains exam is for admission to NITs, IIITs, Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs). Only the students selected in JEE Mains are eligible for appearing in JEE Advanced.

IITs do not give lateral admission but diploma is considered equivalent to 12th and hence, if you have scored more than 75 % in diploma, you can appear for JEE Mains and then JEE Advanced for admission in IIT.
