Hi Mousam,
Chances will be high with an IIT tag and a Ph.D from a highly ranked foreign university. You must know that jobs after Ph.D is mainly research and teaching so if you want to a good job you must excel in these fields. Your publication, project work, concepts, etc. will matter when you are seeking a job. You can check payscale.com for salary info.

Dear Akanksha Pandey,
Yes, you lay your focus on IIT-JEE. It is too good to start in class 11th. It is proud to see such a woman with a future vision.

Hello Parth,
After IITs, the best choice for engineering is obviously BITS Pilani. You need to write BITSAT to get admission into it.
Then, you can opt for VIT University (Chennai and Vellore), Thapar University, PSG Coimbatore, Sastra University, Manipal University, SRM University, Amrita University, etc.
You may refer the link below for the list of top engineering colleges:

No Yash, you have been asking similar queries all along. You have to complete 13 years education either by clearing IIT JEE Advanced or completing the first year of a Bachelor's degree.

Your JEE Advanced general rank is too high.
At this stage, it is impossible to get admission in any of the IIT, unless you were from reserved category.
