Generally, a rank under 700 for general, under 2000 for OBC and any rank for SC/ST candidate is the key of getting admission in old IITs. However, slightly higher rank students can also get admission in new IITs.

Syllabus of B.Arch is maths, logical reasoning, and drawing. You need to score more than 230 to get any NITs.

Well, good colleges have tough competition but still you can apply for colleges through WBJEE, VIT and SRm where questions are little easy.
