Generally, a rank under 700 for general, under 2000 for OBC and any rank for SC/ST candidate is the key of getting admission in old IITs. However, slightly higher rank students can also get admission in new IITs.

Super 30 is an initiative of Anand Kumar in Bihar, to train 30 students every year for writing the joint entrance examination for admission into the Indian Institutes of Technology. Other state students can fill the form and take admission in super 30. You can fill the online form and then send it with a demand draft of INR 60 to this address:

Cut-off of IITs is not certain. It changes every year but if you are from general category, then scoring around 150 + marks will land you into a good IIT.
