Hello Baliram,
In aeronautical engineering, study revolves around aviation where theories are limited to air but astronautics comprises of space study. Both are better according to my perception. Sectors for jobs are Boeing, Taneja, TAAL, BHEL, Mahindra, ISRO, DRDO, etc.

My opinion is that you have to take admission in an autonomous college. You can easily get YCCE if you want.

Exams for IITs (JEE Mains and JEE Advanced) for 2017, are already finished.
If have not applied in it then try to get admission in the colleges which are giving admissions without JEE Mains.

You'll have to score more than 75% in your 12th . And also you will have to clear JEE Mains. These two things will make you eligible to sit in the JEE advance exam. Once you clear JEE advance you can apply for counselling and you will get one of the college as per your rank.
