Hello Roja,
Many got admission into FMS who neither graduated from IIT nor NIT. I myself don't belong to any of these. So chill, even the people from the not-so-famous colleges get admission into the premier B-schools.

Plenty of Private Engg colleges offer you management quota seats at a rate depending on their reputation. Getting a well-paid job depends on your performance and some amount of luck.

We do have faculty from IIM and other reputed institutes. I don't think we have any permanent faculty from a foreign Institute. Major all our faculty is permanent with very few visiting guest faculty.
