If i don't give IIT exams, can i still get a nice college and well paid jobs by giving some local sorta entrance exams ? Tell about them

Plenty of Private Engg colleges offer you management quota seats at a rate depending on their reputation. Getting a well-paid job depends on your performance and some amount of luck.

Is it true that faculty of ISME are from reputed IIM, IIT and foreign university? Are they permanent or guest faculty?

We do have faculty from IIM and other reputed institutes. I don't think we have any permanent faculty from a foreign Institute. Major all our faculty is permanent with very few visiting guest faculty.

Will 11th class marks as conducted by all State board level examinations be considered apart from 12th class marks for IIT JEE 2016?

you should try to take admission this year in college as taking a drop is a huge decision and it's not a good story for everyone

Firstly I want to say that if you loved math then the best option for you . is, one IIT even if you have an interest in math then you can do it. but I think you should be fortunate for defense.
