No. Your score in the entrance exam will decide your rank in IIT. Only thing is that you should pass in 12th Maths exam.

IITs do not offer admission in M.Tech on the basis of percentage of B.Tech however they set a minimum percentage requirement for getting admission in M.Tech. I think it is 50% only with some 5% relaxation in SC/ST category. You may visit any IITs website for eligibility criteria.

Navanit, since you cannot go out to join a coaching institute for studyinf for IIT entrance examination, I suggest that you procure the study material form a reputed coaching centre (like the ones you have in Kota rajasthan) and then prepare with the help of it. You can also appear for mocj=k tests in between to evaluate your studies.

if you belong to sc /st category then your category rank is below 100 and you will get good iit with decent branch . one of my friend score 150 in jee adv. get electrical engineering at IIT kanpur . for open i can't give information .
