Hi Dear,
Good to see that you are interested for NITs. But your JEE Mains Score is not enough for admission into NITs for OBC Category. Either you can retry or get admission into private colleges.

Hi Satish, please clarify if you scored 64% or 61%. I request one more clarification as to whether you plan to re-attempt class 12th exams?
As for admissions in IIT a minimum of 60% is required plus you must clear JEE which I believe can be met by you. Instead of NIOS you can look for other options such as B.Sc in a desired field or BE from other engineering colleges.

just keep faith in urself and be determine abt IIT
there r many options like IPU,UPSEE,VIT
but i will suggest you to work hard for jee mains so tht u can grab Dtu,Nsit,igtduw,iiit-d,coz these colleges hve there own repo,and u will get to learn new things aspart,also placement are about 90% on these clgs
