No. The candidates can not access the Andhra Pradesh ECET application form in offline mode. To participate in the entrance examination and admission process, the candidates will have to fill out and submit the online Andhra Pradesh ECET application form. The authorities will not accept any other mode of application. The fee has to be paid online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card and then the Andhra Pradesh ECET application form has to be filled out and submitted.
