Yes, you can join B.Tech CSE after completing Diploma in agriculture engineering through Andhra Pradesh ECET. The eligibility criteria for B.Tech lateral entry in Andhra Pradesh is that candidates should have a Diploma in Engineering and Technology/Pharmacy from the State Board of Technical Education of Andhra Pradesh State or any other AICTE approved institution.
