There are numerous universities in India providing Fine arts programme, both private and government. Well private Institutes also start to provide scholarship to the students on the basis of own criteria depending on college to college and their entrance etc. However, in government college, your major part of fee is funded by government. The minimum qualifying marks for Andhra Pradesh PGECET based on the score is 25%. However, for SC/ST category candidates, there is no minimum cut off. Rank cut off vary for courses. For e. g closing rank for engineering is around 28053.
