If you go for MBBS degree from recognized university in Nepal, it is definitely valid in India. After graduating with an MBBS degree from Nepal you must pass the National Exit test, also known as NEXT to gain a license to practice further, in India. Yes, students from North India can easily adjust in VIT Vellore. Most of the time I have seen student having concerns about the food and communication, which I think no one should worry about much because if you need North Indian food you can get that very easily over there and most of the people can communicate in hindi or english.
