Assam Rajiv Gandhi University of Cooperative Management (ARGUCOM) is ranked as a Tier 2 institution in India. Based on EduRank 2025, ARGUCOM is ranked 852nd among institutions in India and 20th among 21 universities in the state of Assam, showing a moderate national and regional ranking. The institution is quite new (founded in 2010) and has expertise in cooperative management and allied disciplines but is not ranked among the top-tier (Tier 1) institutions in the country.

As per NIRF ranking 2025, CMC Vellore emerged to be on the top position as the top ranked NEET accepting private Medical colleges in India followed by Dr. DY Patil Vidyapeeth and St. John's Medical College.

The AP EAMCET exam is conducted by the JNTU Kakinada. It is conducted for all colleges in Andhra Pradesh, not only for Visakha Institute of Engineering and Technology. The exam results for admission in 2025 have already been declared on June 8, 2025, and the results for the counseling are expected to be released in July 2025.

The Assam State School Education Board follow a transparant process to evaluate the Assam HS and HSLC result. Thousands of teachers are involved in checking the Assam 10th, 12th Board exam answer sheet. For the final marks calculation, both practical and theoretical marks are included. After the final calculation of marks, the Assam HSLC and HS results are prepared and students are provided divisions/grades.
