CU Kerala's fees for MSc courses are around INR 4,700, whereas the MSc fees at JNU vary from INR 432 to INR 5,800. Thus, JNU tends to offer a cheaper alternative for MSc studies, particularly if the lower end of its fee structure is considered. However, the mentioned fee is taken from the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to change and, hence, is indicative.

The total fee for a MSc course at Assam Don Bosco University ranges from INR 1.1 Lacs to INR 1.4 lakhs. On the other hand, SMIT, Manipal University MSc fees is INR 2.1 lakh. Hence, Assam Don Bosco University is more affordable for MSc courses compared to SMIT. However, to consider which institute is the best option for a MSc, the fee structure can be one component that candidates can consider, but several other factors can be counted while competing with the universities, such as placement package, recognition, ranking, accreditation, etc.
