You can go for the state government colleges. You can get NITs in further counselling too. If you don't have any patience then go for DTU counselling, Thapar University or Jaypee.

No, TNEA counselling is a single window counselling under Anna University and it is for those students who should have either studied till class 12th in Tamil Nadu or should be a native of Tamil Nadu completing class 12th in any state.
