State is not a key factor for job rather institute is, if you opt Gujarat you have IIM Ahmedabad, MICA and Institute of Rural Management. If you really prove your worth in Nirma in mid category. Your JEE paper-2 score is good but its a chance to get SPA-Delhi because of your OBC category rank.
Last year, the general rank closes with 975 in the 6th round and for OBC, it's a little higher than general rank so there is a chance for you to get admission in SPA-Delhi.
By the way, you can get SPA-D
