Hi Rekha,
Ph.D programmes are full-time study and you have to be in Cambridge for your doctoral research degree. They do offer part-time study but is not a distance programme.

How are you?
You may prefer Shiksha college predictor.
In our country, people truly believe on IITs and NITs for B.Tech and placement.
But, due to downfall, these are also losing its position.
Apart from these, some private college are BITS, SRM, NIRMA, VIT, SKIT Jaipur, UPES Dehradun and LPU are getting higher value.
Well, there, you may get good environment.

Normally, people think all civil engineers are site engineers.
First of all, choose your field of interest in Civil engineering.
I enlisted some functions below.
1. Planning
2. Contracts
3. Quantity survey
4. Tendering and bidding
5. Design
6. Quality Control
In India, construction firms recruit students in their final year engineering for various functions
Once you join that firm, you will be given a grade of GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee) for 6 months or 1 year.
During this period, you get to work in all fields available in that firm. Usual practice is they train you in all fields and allot you a specific function in which you show more intere

In short, huge. Robotics is becoming a worldwide phenomenon and India is slowly catching up to it. Robotics involves mainly 34 thing -Instru and control, AI, Embedded Systems, Coding.
As the future of robotics is huge Instru and control will also rise. There is anyway a shortage right now of good Instrumentation engineers.
Furthermore with IT companies removing people for automation, instrumentation and control assumes greater importance. Automation of human jobs requires control theory basically along with AI. So I'm sure along with AI, Instrumentation and Control will be the next boom, not just in India but across the world.

Purely my perception.If you want colleges only for BBA in logistics , I would choose these colleges.
Hence placement doesn't depends upon college it depends upon students who is able to get good knowledge and experiences then he will get admission easily.
