Go for SPA Delhi. NITC is not that great for architecture. The quality of education and exposure you'll get in spa Delhi is way better than what you'll get in NITC. The quality of education is good though. But placements are very few.

Different colleges have different cut-offs. Please keep checking du.ac.in for cut-offs and eligibility.

You are eligible to seek admission in MBA under foreign national quota. Every university and B-Schools has its own admission process. You are advised to choose few colleges and then do research on Foreign national admission process.

If you are from Delhi then you can get admission for biotech in IPU College, Delhi with 1367 rank. You just need to go for counselling.
