Hi,
To get a good college for CSE or any other engineering branch, you are advised to appear for the exams like JEE, VIT, BITSAT, SRM, etc. in addition to your board exams. These are some of the national level institutions that had a good ranking and offer better education when compared to other universities.
If you want to opt for CSE, you just try to clear JEE main and advanced to get IIT Bombay as it is the no. 1 institution for CSE and yes you can study any course in any IIT.
Then if you write BITSAT, you can get BITS, Pilani which is the best among the private universities and is after IITs which is best for all the courses and CSE

With the details that you have shared, the general eligibility for admission in the BE course in YCCE is as stated below:
*Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together;
and Obtained score in MHT-CET 2017 or JEE Main Paper-I conducted by the Competent Authority.
