It's impossible to get into any college with this score. You need to score at least 450 marks in general category to get admission in a medical college for MBBS.

The options available with you would be 6 months short courses from the colleges such as NIMC-Delhi and IIMM-Delhi. You should opt for 1-year Diploma courses for your betterment.
