IGNOU does not have any provision for campus placement. You will have to search your new job. Degree awarded by IGNOU is valid for jobs and higher studies in India and foreign countries. After MBA from IGNOU, you can apply for all jobs in India and abroad where eligibility criteria is MBA degree.

It varies with the college and depends in which college you are getting admission. In India, if you are getting IITs or NITs or any other reputed college, then India is good otherwise go for Canada.
