With the marks you are mentioning, you are definitely eligible to appear for GUJCET exam. There are many colleges in Gujarat that offer CSE course. In the absence of any mandatory ranking, it's very difficult to rank these colleges. However, to help students, Shiksha has made efforts and listed colleges.

Both the universities are good for aerospace engineering. Their placements are good and almost same. SRM is slightly good as compared to UPES in aerospace engineering as they have their own integrated labs for this. UPES is also good and they also have infrastructure but their placement is less as compared to SRM.

There are many good colleges in India for commerce like Sri Ram College in Delhi, St. Xavier Mumbai, etc., but the requirements to get admission into these colleges is extremely high. If money is not a concern for you then apply for BA in business or economics from some American or Canadian university.

A student can appear for improvement examination in the same board where he/she had appeared in the first attempt and not from any other board. Until 2015, it was possible to take direct admission in most of the private engineering colleges in India without appearing for any entrance examination. However, 2016 onwards, Ministry of Human Resource and Development (MHRD) has made it mandatory to have a valid score in the respective entrance examination for every student, regardless of whether you take admission via counselling or direct admission.
If a student doesn't have a valid score in the respective entrance examination, the corresponding university will not accept the registration of the student, thereby cancelling his/her admission. So, beware of those fraud ag
