You need to clear MPPSC exam.
Preliminary examination - For selection of candidates for the main examination.
Main examination - For final selection of candidates for various services and posts, main examination is conducted (written and interview).
Yes, there are some physical standards set by the government prior making any selection.

You must try to get at least 85 percentile to get a chance of admission in a good college in Delhi like:
1. IMI.
2. LBS.
3. BIMTECH.
4. FORE.
5. DU.
You can appear for IIFT exam to get admission in IIFT - Delhi.

Indian Institute of Technology Bombay
Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur
Indian Institute of Technology, Madras

To get into these institutes, you need to clear IIT-JEE Advanced (score above 75% in 12th).
