KSOU is a State Government University. But nowadays, it is problematic. University itself seized by UGC.
Rajasthan Vidyapeeth is an autonomous university. Better go for something else.

Northern and Eastern part of India has many good B-Schools especially Delhi/NCR region and Mumbai-Pune region. In south, Hyderabad and Bangalore have number of B-Schools. As you are from Jaipur than try to get in Northern part or Mumbai/Pune.

Ideally, you can but check with the universities you want to apply to firstly. Your degree must be recognized by UGC-DEC but universities abroad may have other requirements which could be specific to them only.
